• Dr. Lon Flippo earned a Doctorate of Ministry (D.Min.) from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Springfield, Missouri, and is an ordained minister.
  • With more than 30 years of experience as a full-time pastor in local churches, he has specialized in developing programs, ministries and solutions to assist parents in training the next generation of believers.
  • Flippos has served as a Lead Pastor,  Family Life Pastor, Youth Pastor and Children’s Pastor at large, medium and small churches in California, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota and Virginia.
  • Rev. Dr. Flippo currently teaches at North Central University, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
  • He is a talented and inspirational teacher and speaker with a Master’s degree in Communications from Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri, where he also taught public speaking.
  • Dr. Flippo and his wife, Chris, have two adult children.

  • Chris Flippo is a regular contributor to the content on this site. She is a mother, wife and leader who strives to empower women to recognize when their past is impacting current relatioships as spouses, mothers, employees, and leaders in their church and community.
  • She directs the knowledge assets and project management initiatives and staff for a Midwest nonprofit. She says, “People are my priority. Process is the way we get things done together. And technology is what enables the people to accomplish their process goals.”
  • Chris earned a B.A. in Sociology and Biblical Studies from Evangel University, Springfield, Missouri, and an M.A. in Sociology from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia.
  • She possesses a passion for training people to be the best they can be in the workplace, at home and at church.
  • Her goal is to help others develop and nurture a deep trust in God regardless of their external circumstances.
